More pros than cons, but still…
A cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent food made our stay enjoyable,, especially the hearty breakfast.
Limited dining options left us wanting more variety,, and the wifi was spotty at times, impacting our connectivity.

Beautifully maintained gardens, cosy bar atmosphere, impressive private dining experience
Inconsistent wifi connectivity in rooms!!! Limited parking space during busy times!!! Heavy doors could potentially lead to accidents!!! Rooms could benefit from larger size and better furnishings!!!

It was just a decent option for a weekend outing in Collingbourne Ducis with value for price. The roast beef served during lunch was first class, incredibly generous, and presented attractively. Plan to arrive early if you want to snag a good parking spot.

Cozy spot with tasty food
Staying here was a surprise treat! The staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us. Rooms were comfy and had nice little touches. Dinner and breakfast were delish—especially the breakfast! Just wish the parking didn't fill up so fast after dinner.
